ARMONDO VESPUCCI (50s) – Impresario, theater producer, possibly small time bookmaker.

VICTOR FLEMING (late 40s) – Director of the Wizard Of Oz.

HAROLD ROSSON (40s) – Cinematographer of Wizard of Oz. Doubles as GEORGE.
MARGARET HAMILTON – Herself. Doubles as CELESTE.
MARIE SURRAT (16) – World weary, daughter of CELESTE. Doubles as BETH.
CELESTE SURRAT (40s) Hopelessly optimistic, single mother. A “fixer.”
GEORGE CLUZOT – Clumsy, awkward. If the Frankenstein Monster and Winnie the Pooh had a baby, it would be GEORGE.
BETH MARCH – (20s) – Hard working employee, fiercely loyal. JO MALONE – Disgruntled and angry.

AMY PHISHER – Unhappy, bitter.
